A leader in its category, this Orient Automatic watch is ideal for saturation diving. With a bright orange face, sharp dial and solid bracelet, the EL02001M, formerly known as CFD0C001M, is undeniably a great blend of style and utility. EL02001M has been improved! 'Dive and thrive' Review by Trevor Woodward

I've been a fan of divers watches since college days. I own a Seiko 150m model about 1988 and I've since come to regard this as THE classic dive watch. Not only is it great for water activities and sports, but it's also great for dry land functions such as telling time and looking cool.

If James Bond wears Omega then Chuck Norris wears Orient. Nuff said. Norris win!

'Best in Collection' Review by Antonio

I love diver watches. I don't dive deeper than 8 feet at any time and then its usually without a watch on but I love diver watches. I just go for the substantial feel and look of a well made one. I like other types of watches, too, but divers are my number one choices to wear about 6 out of every 7 days. This saturation diver from Orient is the best one I own or have ever owned. I have had several in the $500-1000 range including Helson, Ocean7, Debaufre, Dievas, and Deep Blue. All of these are great diver watches but this one from Orient blows them all out of the water and it isn't even close.

Here's why this Orient (mine is the black dial, CFD0C001B) is best:

1. It is the best feeling one on the wrist. The solid feel and weight of this Orient and the high position on the wrist with the high quality bracelet sets it apart from the others.

2. The lume on the Orient is best. Several of them (mostly Ocean7 and Deep Blue) have magnificent lume as well but the Orient's lasted longer in my tests.

3. The bracelet with the ratching sizing element is simply very substantial and very cool. All the others also have beefy bracelets but not as well constructed or as smart as the bracelet on the Orient.

4. The Orient is dead on accurate. Dead on!

5. The power reserve feature works really well on this one. This is not my only Orient so I am aware of this feature possibly a little more than other reviewers. It takes about 4 hours of wrist time on my other Orients to come close to being fully charged at 40 hours power reserve. It only takes about 30 minutes for this diver.

6. It is a very cool and unique looking piece while maintaining its simplicity of style. I wear it more than any other watch of around 75 in my collection. That should tell you something. Get it!
