This thing is beautiful! I have no idea why more people haven't taken interest in this watch. This is my very first watch, I wear it just about everytime I leave the house and I'm dressed properly.

Would also like to add that for those of you whose small wrists' may be an issue, fear no more. I have very small wrists myself and other than the beauty of the watch itself, it doesn't stand out at all. Get it! you will not regret it.

Received the watch about 2 weeks ago. Wow! I'm more impressed every day that I wear it. The pictures don't do justice to this beautiful, well-made timepiece. It works perfectly and is keeping accurate time right out of the box - less than a minute of gain over the 2 weeks. The band and clasp work well and look and feel great. The watch case is solid and substantial without feeling bulky. Ordering was easy and the shipping was fast - no problems or delays. This is my first Orient watch, but won't be my last.

One of my favorite watches. A true understatement that is a perfect complement to any business suit. The band is better then in the photos. It can also go with business casual or at the yacht club.

I have a large wrist, but the band is great since it can be "set" to you favorite length, then a quick press of two buttons is all you need to open and close it. It's a great mechanism and it will accommodate a large variety of wrist sizes. I recently purchased the the "Union" and I am impressed with the tasteful look and quality of the leather used on Orient Watches. I'm yet to find a replacement band on the market that comes close in quality. It would be great if Orient started an accessories section with a variety of different replacement band, although I'm sure this one will last a long time, especially if I don't shower with it everyday.

The best part of this watch is the gorgeous looking watch face. The blue hands create a great contrast from the creme watch face (it's got a slight yellowish tint to a champagne), which blends great with a dark brown leather band. The power reserve bar works great, it was fun to see it slowly move towards the 40 hour mark as I first began to wear the watch. The accent of the minutes around the perimeter is a great combination, and makes telling time at a quick glance easier then most watches. I also like the power reserve is perfectly balance at the 12 o-clock position and the date function is exactly where you would expect it.

I truly believe that you might be able to buy a better watch, but after this great watch you will be quickly reaching the law of diminishing returns. Orient watches simply can't be beat for the money, and I don't work for the company, I'm just a big fan that's bought quite a few in the past few months and have only had good experiences.

I'd be curious to see if others are as happy with this model. I'm starting a new job that I'll need to wear suits everyday, and this will be my frequent go to watch.
