Returns
The product return period ends 30 days after your order was placed, or 7 days after a Return Merchandise Authorization (or “RMA”), whichever comes last. After this product return period ends, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, resalable condition. It must also be returned with the original gift box, manual and warranty.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. OrientWatchUSA.com at its sole discretion shall deem what it believes to be a product in unworn and resalable condition. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Products returned in used, non-resalable condition, and/or have missing articles may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@orientwatchusa.com.

Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@orientwatchusa.com. Our service team will provide you with shipping instructions.

In some cases, we will exchange products for other products of equal or lesser value. In the event that the product is of greater value, there will be an applicable charge for the product value difference, in addition to other taxes and shipping charges. Requesting an exchange for a particular product does not guarantee that the product will be available for the exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, please send an email to our service team at service@orientwatchusa.com. They will provide you with shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When shipping products back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
