Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and/or handling charges. You agree that Orient Watch USA may choose any shipping method it deems appropriate and that in the event of a package loss or damage you will cooperate with Orient Watch USA and/or an applicable carrier to resolve any related resolution efforts. You understand that in the event of shipping loss or damage subsequent investigations may occur and that replacement products, if any, will not be shipped out until investigations or investigation periods have ended. If you are concerned about any matters related to shipping related to carriers, costs, shipping times, or special requests you must contact Orient Watch USA in advance of making any orders.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Orient Watch USA does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
