- Easy Returns Policy
- By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions. Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria:
- Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
- Watch must be in new condition, with all the protective wrapping intact, as it was at delivery. A restocking charge will be added to
watches that are not in like-new condition.
- Original packing slip or invoice
- Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
- Please write the *RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box
- Please write a brief description of the issue and include a daytime phone number
- A valid return address label on package.
*RMA - Your RMA number is issued by Orient Customer Service. You must receive an RMA number before you send in any packages to the After Sales Department. To obtain a RMA please contact Orient Customer Service at joe@orientwatchusa.com or by calling 213.247.4523. Please print this number clearly on the outside of your packaging when you return a watch to the Orient Service Center.

You have 21 business days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product.
Except as provided for verified defective products (See Special Returns Policy for Defective Products below), you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse.
Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to fourteen days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.
The risk of loss for the product being returned shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such product to the returns center and with respect to any shipments from the returns center back to you, the original distributor or manufacturer, or any buyer through the liquidation process. Title to the product being returned will remain with you at all times and transfer from you to the original distributor, or a third party in the case of a liquidation of the return, only upon receipt of the products by such distributors or buyers. - Orient Fulfillment Center, Inc. in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of what repairs are required or necessary within the boundaries of the Orient Guarantee.
- Defective Products
- Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or at the sole discretion of Orient Fulfillment Center, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase (or, if possible, through the original payment method such as PayPal). Defective products may only be returned within 30 days of the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product).
Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet the basic criteria above and to be defective, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.
For products that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expenses, provided that your defective return must be shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.
Orient Fulfillment Center, Inc. in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective. If the watch is deemed within factory specifications and non-defective by the in-house inspection by Orient Fulfillment Center, then the owner will be charged for inspection labor to Orient Fulfillment Center and will be charged for return shipping.
- Guarantee of Orient Watch
- If the ORIENT WATCH described in this guarantee has a failure caused by any defect in material or workmanship under normal use and service, it will be repaired and/or adjusted at no charge for a period of one year from the original purchase date. In this case, take the watch with the guarantee to the source of your purchase or to a member of ORIENT Service Network.
CAUTION
The guarantee is void in the following cases:
1.) Failure caused by misuse or carelessness.
2.) Failure caused by fire, earthquake, and other disasters.
3.) Failure caused by an improper repair and modification.
4.) The guarantee is not submitted or the entry is improper.
Glass, bracelet, and cell ( battery) are not included in the guarantee.
In repair, the case, dial plate, hands, glass, and bracelet may be substituted.

- Once coupons codes have expired, OrientWatchUSA.com will do our best to match the deal even if it has expired: we, however, cannot guarantee that the contents of the package will meet the exact description of the coupon codes. All free items included with coupon codes are purchased by OrientWatchUSA.com as a limited supply. Once the supply has exhausted, the coupon discount will work towards the watch purchase, but the free items will not be included into the package. - Fraudulent Orders
- ORIENTWATCHUSA.com reserves the right to refuse any suspicious orders that we believe may be fraudulent or considered a high risk for fraud. In the case that we refuse an order, we will void the transaction and cancel the order all in the same business day and we will contact the customer via electronic mail as a confirmation. If you paid through Authorize.net using a major credit card, your funds will be held by YOUR financial institution (you should contact your credit card company to see how long they hold fund per their policy, which is standard on all return funds). If you paid using Paypal, we will issue a refund on the same day we cancel or refuse the order.
