I ordered this great looking watch and received it in perfect conditon just two days later!
This watch is far better looking in person than in the pictures! It's absolutely gorgeous!The weight and fit is perfect for me (I'm 6'0, 220lb) The numbers on the dial are raised which is nice, and the lume is quite readable all night long. The band doesn't even feel like it's there is so comfortable. I've received many compliments on this watch so far.
This is an underpriced watch and I would recommend picking one up, asap. Somehow, popularity/and or scarcity seems to make prices rise, so make use of the easily available codes available and get one today.
This is my second watch from Orient and I'm already saving for my third. I find myself more pleased overall with a watch that gives the maximum bang for your buck. If I spent thousands on a Swiss watch, then I'm constantly wondering every time I look at it how much of what I paid went towards advertisment, sales reps, distributors, etc. ALOT of what you pay for in the biggest names in Swiss and German watches have nothing to do with the actual making of the watch! There's a lot of overhead there, folks!
The quality of every aspect of Orient Star in on par with many big name Swiss brands. Orient is a TRUE MANUFACTURER, meaning they make every part of the watch, unlike most of other watch companies.
The list of their qualities are too numerous for me to enumerate in this short review.
Go get the best deal available on fine timepieces, and get yourself an Orient Star!

'Orient hits a home run!' Review by Larry

I've had this sporty watch for about 2 months. Amazon ran a holiday sale which was too good to pass up. It's a big watch, but the multi-colored dial makes it wear smaller. It looks just right on my 6 3/4" wrist. The watch is airplane-themed. The center steel hub, reminiscent of a propeller hub, protrudes just above the crystal. The power reserve looks like a fuel gauge and the second hand reminds me of an altimeter. The quality is high throughout, just as you would expect from the company's premium grade Orient Star series. The unique band is comfortable and doesn't pull hair. It self-winds easily (just picking it up will start mine), can be hacked by dialing the hands backward, and the movement is smooth and accurate to within a second every 3 days. The look is unique. It is fun to wear and robust enough to take any abuse you give it. Every Orient in my collection is a winner and this one is no exception.
