Transfer of production base for Orient products
Seiko Epson Corporation announces that it will be moving the production for some Orient products* to its wholly owned factory in Thailand.
This will allow Orient to increase production capacity securing its long-term future growth worldwide. The new production site holds a number of sustainability credentials including the use of renewable energy. Customers will continue to receive the same high levels of support they are used to and the factory’s highly skilled workforce will maintain the exceptional quality standards that Orient watches are known for.
As a result, you may notice some minor changes to the text appearing on the dials and case back of some watches to distinguish where production took place. Customers can be assured of the continued support, quality and responsible manufacturing of Orient watches now and into the future.
