Return Policy

Returning a product to us is easy. Customers have 30 days (starting from the date that their order was shipped from our warehouse) to request a RMA number from our customer service team. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number; returned merchandise that is delivered to us without a valid RMA number will be rejected. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their return to our facility.

By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions. To receive a refund, the item must be delivered to us in the same condition as it was delivered you: new and unworn, with all protective wrapping intact. Additionally, the following must be included with the item:

  • Original packaging (manufacturer’s box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
  • Original packing slip or invoice.
  • Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
  • Free watch that was included with the package (only where applicable).
  • The RMA number written on the shipping box.
  • A valid return address label on package. 

Based on the condition of the product received, Orientwatchusa.com may assess up to a 20% restocking fee. Orientwatchusa.com has the right of refusal, and will inspect all returns to determine their condition. Any watch that fails this quality inspection (observed scratches, wear, and/or damage) will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. The risk of loss for the product being returned shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such product to the returns center and with respect to any shipments from the returns center back to you, the original distributor or manufacturer, or any buyer through the liquidation process. Title to the product being returned will remain with you at all times and transfer from you to the original distributor, or a third party in the case of a liquidation of the return, only upon receipt of the products by such distributors or buyers.

Refund Policy

All refunds are issued in the original form of payment, less shipping and handling. Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse. The speed in which a refund reaches you is dependent on your banking institution.

Defective Products

Orient Fulfillment Center, Inc. in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective. If the watch is deemed to have been manufactured and is working within factory specifications, the customer will be charged for the inspection and shipping.

Defective products may only be returned within seven days of receiving your item. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued or a replacement product (based on availability) will be shipped to you.

Exchange Policy

Only new, unworn items are eligible for an exchange. Please contact our customer service department for more details, as each exchange is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Promo Codes

OrientWatchUSA.com reserves the right to invalidate any promo code or promotion, and cancel any order that’s found to be manipulating promotional offer. All promotions that include a free item will be provided on a while-supplies-last basis.

Fraudulent Orders

In the interest of online security, ORIENTWATCHUSA.com reserves the right to refuse any orders that are believed to be fraudulent or considered a high risk for fraud. In the case that an order is suspected to be fraudulent and is cancelled, a refund will be issued same day and the customer will be contacted by our customer service department.
